Winter Dining at the Snowpine Lodge
Once again we are thrilled that Chef Nate Nagy will be back for another amazing season of skiing and dining.
Breakfast is a hot buffet with selections for every appetite; pancakes, french toast, bacon and sausage or yogurt, house-made granola, eggs, oatmeal and fresh baked goods.
Dinner is always an outstanding part of each day. Every evening brings a delicious 4 course meal complete with house made desserts. Our beer and wine list is thoughtfully compiled to complement Chef Nate's mouthwatering menu.

House Salad - avocado, jicama, shaved red onion, pear, ginger lime vinaigrette
Baby Kale Caesar - creamy dressing, pickled squash, parmesan
Steakhouse Wedge Salad - Boston bibb, grape tomatoes, blue cheese, bacon, buttermilk dressing
Duck Confit Torchon - satsumas, mustard creme fraiche, port wine prune vinaigrette
Hamachi Sashimi - chimichurri, crispy ginger
Yam Bisque - candied pecans
Bison Chili - cornbread, avocado mousse
Pan Seared Sea Scallops- brussels, bacon, shallot, apple butter
Gnocchi - roasted squash broth, eggplant caponata, fried sage
Oven Roasted Korabuta Pork Chop - herbed spaetzle, brown butter cabbage, maple mustard glaze
Chicken Saltimbocca - tuscan white beans, prosciutto and spinach stuffing, roasted broccoli and cauliflower
Pho Chay - tofu, bok choy, buckwheat noodles, fresh herbs
Cioppino - saffron rice, shrimp, mussels, clams, halibut
Seared Lamb Loin - quinoa pilaf, roasted and creamed cauliflower, cucumber mint
